ALEXSANDRA GOMEZ -  ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Alexsandra Gomez runs the numbers in the office. She knows where every penny goes in our business. Whether handling book keeping for our companies, overseeing budget and cash flow or managing payroll, Alex is the person in charge. In addition, Alex Gomez supports our staff and business in many other ways. Alex has a degree in Accounting plus several other completed financial courses. She has been with Century 21 World Properties since 2012 after relocating from Puerto Rico.

She is highly proficient in Accounting and Business Management. Additionally, Alex has also a deep knowledge of our business practices, rules and regulations. As a result, the rule is to find her helping customers with questions or concerns. Property owners, tenants, buyers and sellers feel that getting the help of Alexsandra Gomez helps them. They find the answers and solutions to their questions and concerns.

Before moving to the accounting role, she was working as our Business Manager. This tough position requires a deep knowledge of the office procedures and Real Estate practices and regulations as well. There was where Alexsandra Gomez developed the knowledge and skills required by the always complex and demanding world of Real Estate. Because of going through such valuable business experience, Alex developed Real Estate skills. Such complete vision makes her a key player in our office.
